Ask Khaleeqa: "Gym Hair"

So we recently got a question about maintaining your hair while you are working out. Here is what I do to keep my hair in tact. In addition to this solution; I will also french braid my hair into two braids toward the end of the week (sleep on it overnight) and let it out for work or fun the next day. Please keep your questions coming!

Submit questions here related to health, fitness, life, relationships, nutrition and we will have a solution for you.

Hello Roxi I have been following your blog for a couple of months now. And I love everything about you and about this blog. You're truly a beautiful person and also very encouraging. Thank you. I just have 1 question for you. How is your skin so flawless? What is your skin care regimen for your whole body? thanks
