One of the biggest misconceptions about my healthy lifestyle is people think I only eat salads. In general it is one of the biggest misconceptions about being healthy. I would be so bored if I only ate salads all the time. Salads are great and I probably have them 3 or 4 times per week, but that is not the only thing I eat. So I thought I would share some great simple alternatives to having a salad.
