3 to 4 Carrots
2 Nectarines
1 ½ cup of fresh strawberries
I LOVE this juice. I was on a fruit high after I gulped this sweet delicious drink down. The nectarines make it a perfect summer drink and the strawberries add that extra boost of flavor. Some of the health benefits of this drink include:
High Beta-Carotene: Fruits and vegetables with bright red, orange and yellow colors often contain a good amount of beta-carotene.
Vitamin mix: Contains iron, folic acid, vitamin K, as well as naturally occurring sugars that help provide energy.
High in Lutein: Your body uses lutein to support healthy eyes and skin. Lutein is also considered an important antioxidant because it helps destroy the presence of free radicals in your body.
Vitamin C: One cup of strawberries contains an incredible 136% of the RDA of vitamin C, an effective antioxidant that can help lower blood pressure, ensure a healthy immune system, and ward off the development of age-related diseases.
This juice is a powerhouse of vitamins and nutrients not to mention it taste delicious. Happy Juicing!

mmm looks like a good one!
Hey Roxi, do you have any pointers for toning up and building lean muscle mass... I've always struggled with my weight but I think I'm finally getting it right, however the issue i'm facing now is that no matter what kinda strength training( by myself, with trainers or in work out classes), I can't seem to be able to build any real visible muscle. I have a really soft body type(not overly flabby just really soft). And I wasn't obese just always been 30 or 40 pounds overweight for the bulk of my life. Please HELP, I'm getting frustrated. I switch up my work outs, I do bootcamps, strength training, i enjoy running and all but not seeing any results in the toning department!
